ACT Handball Association Membership application form

Introduction

This form is an application for membership to the ACT Handball Association and the Australian Handball Federation. There are two types of applications:

Playing members (any member who intends to be involved in playing games or physical training activities run by ACT HA)
Non-playing members (administrators, officials, coaches and volunteers)

Playing members need to be covered by our insurance and therefore pay a fee to ACT HA before they can participate.
Non-playing members do not need to pay any fees, unless they decide to participate as playing members.
Once this form has been submitted, we will follow-up with you to complete the registration process.

I agree to participate in the Australian Handball Federation (AHF)and its affiliated state bodies and clubs and to abide by the constitution, rules, by laws, regulations, resolutions and decisions of the AHF , its affiliated state bodies and clubs. I understand and acknowledge that failing to abide by the said constitution, rules, by laws, regulations, resolutions and decisions of the AHF , its affiliated state bodies and clubs, may result in my name being struck off the register of the AHF, its affiliated state bodies and clubs.
