Harbourside forfeits, again

Canberra players filled the time with a training game today, after Harbourside pulled out of the scheduled match-up with only 24 hours to throw-off.

Harbourside has now missed four out of their nine league games through forfeits and postponements.

Canberra will be awarded the standard 10:0 win for the forfeit but fortunately for Harbourside, there are no further penalties for teams not showing up to games.

Next week, the Canberra players will have their chance to avenge the round 5 loss to Sydney Uni Gold, when they travel to Sydney.

Canberra welcomes new arrivals

Canberra will also use the opportunity to try out two new arrivals to the club.  New Canberra residents, Gregor Oppermann from Germany and Thomas Milon from France are both expected to make their NSW league debut.
