ACT teams arrive in Coffs Harbour

Players relaxing at the accommodation.

After a strenuous ten and a half hour drive, the ACT contingent was rewarded with a glorious sunny day as they pulled into Coffs Harbour at 8 am this morning. After sorting out room arrangements and distributing luggage into the accommodation, both the Men's and Women's teams enjoyed a filling breakfast before embarking for a swim at the local beach. Despite the water temperature being far below average, most players were keen to get wet and shake of the fatigue from the long trip. This was followed by a beach handball game which was found to be entertaining by not only the players, but the management too. Currently, the players have been settling into their rooms and preparing for the upcoming training at 3 pm, which will be covered by local TV media.
